Refund policy

Every Iron Faith Co. item is printed just for you after you order, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for ordering the wrong size or color. Please check the size information on each product page before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item? Email ironfaithco09@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo showing the problem (for shipping damage, please include a photo of the package). You don't need to send the item back. Once we confirm the issue, we'll send a free replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Not covered: incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout, small size variations (under 1 inch from the listed measurements), and slight color differences between screens and printed products.

Order didn't arrive? If a US order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping (45 days for international orders), email us and we'll look into it with the carrier and our production partner.

Cancellations: Email us as soon as possible. Because each item is made to order, we can only cancel orders that haven't entered production yet.
